WestinWORKOUT facility is a 4,600 square foot state-of-the-art facility featuring a strength area/cardio room with the latest aerobic equipment, four spa treatment rooms and two locker rooms with steam rooms. From cutting-edge fitness equipment to the most unique body treatments in San Francisco; a sanctuary where physical strength meets spiritual wellness. Both the spa and fitness center are available to hotel guests and the general public.
The fitness center is stocked with innovative Life Fitness machines and Cybex training equipment. Life Fitness and Cybex, the pacesetters for the fitness industry, have used state-of-the-art technology to create cutting-edge cardio and weight machines. All machines are equipped with CardioTheater that offers a choice of four television channels, CD or FM radio. Professional trainers are available by appointment to help guests maximize their fitness regimen. Access rates per person are $12 per day or $30 for the entire stay.
Rates include unlimited day use to the facility, including the steam room, showers, relaxation lounge and amenities. Complimentary usage of the fitness center is available to all guests receiving a spa treatment. St. Francis Renewal & Westin Workout is for those 16 years of age and above.
Guests have the opportunity to indulge themselves in luxury and serenity with specialized services for the body and mind. Full spa services include specialty massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Appointments at our downtown San Francisco spa are available Monday – Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm.
